Menus can be tailor made under the guidance of Marc who has 0ver 25 years experience running corporate & hospitality events, private parties and weddings of all sizes.

Marc has worked in some of the country’s finest establishments, hotels and restaurants, consultant chef to the euro star, also celebrity clients in the world of sports, TV & music.

Anna oversees the front of house staff, with the smooth running and co-ordinates the proceedings of your event.

Our food

Our sample menus can be viewed on our website and are created by Marc and his team in consultation with you we will design specific menus to suit your taste, budget and any specific dietry requirements.

Over the years we have built a trusting relationship with a large range of niche suppliers who like ourselves only believe in quality, responsibly sourced produce.

We prefer to use niche suppliers and local businesses wherever possible this allows for traceability and the highest quality of produce used.  This attention to detail allows the quality of our menus to stand out from our competitors.

All our food is prepared in our kitchens, brought to the location and cooked fresh on site – with no reheating of food, taste our reputation.
